Midea Bottom Load Water Dispenser YL2036S

The Midea bottom load water dispenser YL2036S gives you hot, cold and room temperature water from one tap, and you never have to lift a heavy bottle onto the top. The bottle sits in a cabinet at the bottom, out of sight. Ozone cleaning, fast compressor cooling and a child lock make it a strong choice for a family home or a busy office.

Key features of the Midea YL2036S

• Bottom loading: the bottle sits in a cabinet at the bottom. No lifting, fewer spills, and a neater look than a top loader.
• Three temperatures, one faucet: cold water at 10°C or below, room temperature water, and hot water at 85°C or above for tea and coffee.
• Xpress Cool, 4 L per hour: the compressor chills up to 4 litres of water an hour. In Midea’s lab tests it cooled water 20% faster and used 7% less energy than Midea’s 2.5 L per hour model.
• Automatic ozone sterilization: set it once and NatrO2Spring cleans the water for 45 minutes every 24 hours. A ring on the panel flashes while it works and glows steadily when the water is ready.
• Child safety lock: the hot water button has a lock, so small children can’t get scalded.
• Empty bottle alert: an icon on the display blinks when the bottle runs out, so you change it in time.
• Controls on top and a night light: you press the buttons without bending, and a soft light over the tap helps at night without lighting up the room.

Clean and safe drinking water

Both water tanks are SUS304 stainless steel, and every part that touches the water is food grade. Ozone reaches the whole tank, so there are no dead corners where germs can grow, and it leaves no taste or residue.

The buttons, faucet, display and drip tray use Midea’s HygiShell antibacterial material, which Midea says is US EPA certified. These are the spots that get touched most, so this matters in an office where many people use the same unit.

Electricity use and Pakistani conditions

Heating draws 420 W and cooling draws 100 W. Like other dispensers, the heater and compressor run only until the tanks reach temperature, then switch off.

The unit is rated for 220 to 240 V. In areas with heavy evening voltage drops, a small stabilizer protects the compressor.
